Cancellation & Date Change Policy
✅ Non-Refundable Amounts: The current package components are non-refundable. Any changes in components will modify the policy accordingly.
✅ Check Policies Before Booking: Please review the exact cancellation and date change policy on the review page before proceeding.
✅ Date Change Fees: This does not include any fare differences. Any additional charges due to fare changes will be applied separately.
✅ Availability for Date Change: Changes depend on the availability of the package components on the requested new date.
✅ TCS (Tax Collected at Source): Once collected, TCS cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or modification. However, it can be claimed as an adjustment while filing income tax returns.
✅ Cancellation Charges: The displayed charges exclude applicable taxes. Taxes will be added as per the law.
General Terms & Conditions
✔️ Train Tickets: Not included in this itinerary and must be booked by the customer.
✔️ Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel policies.
✔️ Room Occupancy: Three adults will be accommodated in one room, and the third person will receive a mattress or rollaway bed.
✔️ Fixed Itinerary: No modifications or customizations are allowed once booked.
✔️ Transportation: Travel will be as per the itinerary. The vehicle will not be available for personal use beyond the itinerary.
Hotel & Stay Policies
🏨 Hotel Availability: Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. If unavailable, alternate accommodation of a similar standard will be provided.
🏨 Security Deposit: Some hotels require a security deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out as per hotel policy.
🏨 Personal Expenses: The package price does not cover laundry, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar, tips, portage, camera fees, alcohol, and other personal expenses.
🏨 Seasonal Surcharges: The package price does not include special dinner or compulsory charges imposed by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or festivals. We will inform you of these charges at the time of booking, but we may not always have prior notice.
Weather & Road Conditions
❄️ Snow & Road Closures: In case of road closure due to snow or slippery conditions, only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed. These must be hired separately on a direct payment basis or arranged for an extra cost.
🌧️ Heavy Rain/Snowfall: Movement of vehicles may be restricted due to bad weather. We will assist as much as possible, but we are not responsible for delays or changes due to natural conditions.
🔥 Heating Facility in Hotels: Not all hotels in Himachal Pradesh offer central heating. Portable heaters may be available for rent, payable directly at the hotel.
Special Notes
🚕 Rohtang Pass Travel: Due to local cab unions, transportation to Rohtang Pass is NOT included in the itinerary. However, you can hire a local taxi on a direct payment basis during the season.
🚫 Pricing Exclusion: Package rates are not applicable for May, June, and July due to peak season surcharges.
