vThese are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
vPlease check the exact cancellation and date change policy on the review page before proceeding further.
vDate Change fees don't include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
vDate Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.
vPlease note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.

vTrain Tickets are not reserved within this Itinerary, and are to be reserved by the Customer
Ordinary hotel arrival/check-in time is usually 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in, or late check-out shall be only as confirmed with the hotel.
vThree adults are accommodated in one room. The third person shall be furnished with a mattress/rollaway bed.
The itinerary is fixed, so cannot be changed.
v Transportation will be done as per the itinerary and will not be on disposal also. For any activity that is complimentary and not charged to Color Stays & guest, refund will not be processed.
vAC would not work anywhere in cool or hilly areas. Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
vRooms are subject to the availability at the time of booking.
vIn case of unavailability in the listed hotels, an alternate accommodation will be arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
vIf your package has to be canceled due to any natural calamity or weather conditions etc. Color Stays shall try to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
vColor Stays shall have the right to alter / amend any itinerary at any point of time and / or omit any place of visit, excursions or overnight stays, if circumstances are compelling us to do so. Such alterations shall be intimated to you as soon as reasonably possible. Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/ flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. are some of the reasons for such alteration. Suitable alternate arrangements will be made, yet Color Stays shall not be liable for any kind of refund/compensation claims arising out of this.
vSome of the hotels might require security deposit during check-in and that money would be returned to you while doing checkout on the basis of policies by the hotels.
vCost quoted for reservations will not include the following: For the personal costs, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcohol etc., mini bar and other arrangements, tips, portage and so on camera fees etc.
vAny other things which are not listed under Inclusions are not incorporated in booking cost.
vThe package price does not include any special dinner or compulsory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any other festival time. Color Stays will try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Color Stays may not have this information handy all the time.

vIn case of road closure due to snow and slippery road conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to ply. These can be hired on direct payment basis or we can arrange the same for an additional cost.
vDuring heavy rainfall or snowfall, movement of vehicles may remain suspended for traffic. Roads can be blocked at any time without notice according to weather conditions. Such situations fall out of our hands, and we will not be responsible in case of such conditions. We will do whatever best we can in our capacities.
vNot all hotels in Himachal Pradesh are central heated or cooled. You should check whether the hotel offers a heating facility before you book it. They have heaters available on ground during winter direct for payment.

Due to local cab unions, the transportation to Rohtang Pass is not part of the destination itinerary. However, it can be arranged in season with direct payments at the location by hiring local taxi.

vColor Stays shall be entitled to cancel your booking if your advance payment will not reach at least 50% of the cost of the tour package.
vIf Color Stays suspects that any of its clients are carrying out any illegal activities or doing anything disrupting their services to the public, it is well within its rights to stop providing such services without any refunds.
